Homens de preto: chanceleres chegam ao Rio para acordo entre Mercosul e EFTA sob o olhar das câmeras do COR-Rio
O Centro de Operações e Resiliência da Prefeitura do Rio (COR-Rio) se transformou em um quartel general de segurança nesta semana com a chegada das forças de segurança à Sala de Situação – local onde é realizado o monitoramento da cidade. Nesta terça-feira (16/9), a cidade recebe o encontro de líderes internacionais para a assinatura de um acordo de livre comércio entre Mercosul e a Associação Europeia de Livre Comércio (EFTA).
A Polícia Rodoviária Federal, o Exército Brasileiro e a Força Aérea Brasileira desembarcaram no último fim de semana no COR-Rio. Os representantes, já integrados aos órgãos operacionais do Centro de Operações, monitoram o deslocamento das comitivas, que circularão por Copacabana, na Zona Sul, até o Palácio Itamaraty, no Centro do Rio, local onde será realizado o encontro. Agentes da Polícia Federal e do Setor de Inteligência da Marinha do Brasil também se irão se unir às demais equipes que farão a escolta e a segurança do encontro.
Cerca de 170 câmeras estão posicionadas no percurso das autoridades, que também terá o acompanhamento de dois drones.
Durante todo o período em que as autoridades estarão na cidade, a operação de trânsito estará reforçada com a mobilização diária de agentes de tráfego e veículos operacionais que atuarão nas regiões diretamente relacionadas ao evento. Também há reforço nos principais corredores de tráfego da cidade, como a Linha Vermelha e a Avenida Brasil, vias expressas que ligam o Aeroporto Internacional Tom Jobim, na Ilha do Governador, ao Centro da cidade.
